We are looking for a reliable and experienced housekeeper to work in a large informal residence starting at the end of August.

Duties will include general cleaning, laundry and ironing, dealing with tradesmen, managing maintenance issues, and food preparation.

 

A driver with their own car is preferred.

Super role looking after the Mayfair apartment for an international family.
 
Applicants will have hands on experience in managing an UHNW household, including supervising staff and dealing with contractors and any maintenance issues.
 
The candidate will also carry out some driving duties for the family, therefore a confident and experienced driver is an absolute requirement.
 
The principals are only in part time residence so flexibility is required and evenings and weekends will be expected.

                    Housekeeper - South Kensington,  London

An exclusive opportunity awaits for a meticulous and experienced Housekeeper to join a distinguished private property in the heart of London.

As a key member of our household staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the impeccable standards of the residence.

You will be required to work a 5-day week, 8 hours a day. However, there needs to be a level of flexibility as you will rotate your days with the other four housekeepers and will be required to cover some weekends.

The house has four floors with 8 bedrooms all en-suite cinema, swimming pool, so you will need to be fit with lots of energy.

Responsibilities:

1. Household Maintenance:- Execute daily cleaning routines to ensure all living spaces are immaculate and welcoming.- Manage laundry tasks, including washing, ironing, and organizing clothing and linens

.2. Organization and Inventory:-

Maintain an organized and efficient household, overseeing pantry and cleaning supplies.- Assist with inventory management and restocking of household items.

3. Specialized Cleaning:- Handle delicate surfaces and materials with care, employing specialized cleaning techniques as needed.- Uphold a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling personal and private spaces

.4. Guest Preparation:- Prepare guest rooms to the highest standards in anticipation of visitors.- Ensure guest preferences are noted and accommodated during their stay.

5. Collaboration:- Coordinate with other household staff to ensure seamless operations.- Communicate effectively with the household manager to address specific needs and preferences.

Qualifications:-

Proven experience as a Housekeeper in a private residence or luxury hospitality setting.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle delicate materials and maintain confidentiality

Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of a private household.
